We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

All customer information is encrypted. We do not hold any customer financial information. We only retain sufficient information to deliver orders.

The site is fully PCI compliant.

Kulture Shock has been selling Funko Pop Vinyls since they have been released. Our commitment to the Funko Pops has increased so much that we have created this web site dedicated to Funko Pop Vinyls.

Here we will be listing all the Pops that we have in stock, and all the Pops that we have been told are due out. Future release dates are provisional. We are in the hands of Funko and they do sometimes change their release schedules.

We have split the Pops into the ranges depicted by Funko.

To place an order, you add the item(s) to your cart and go to the checkout. In the checkout process you will need to select the delivery service and enter your billing and optionally the delivery address. (We assume that the billing address is the delivery address unless otherwise informed).

When you go through the checkout procedure you can either create an account with us, or purchase as a guest. If you create an account then you can view your order progress and it is easier to re-order from us.

All our prices include VAT at the current rate. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that our prices are correct, we may make a mistake. If we have quoted the wrong price then we will e-mail you before completing the order.

If you created an account when you placed your order, then you can log in to your account at any time and view your order(s) and their progress. You can also subscribe to our newsletter or change your account details.

Customer service is very important to us, so all orders which arrive before 12 noon for products that are in stock will be despatched that day (Monday to Friday). If there are any problems with this (for example items out of stock or that do not pass our packing quality checks) then we will e-mail you.

For the UK we offer a standard mail service. Standard Post is sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail and is free for all orders.

For all overseas orders we use Royal Mail Airmail. As for out UK post, this is free for all orders.

Europe orders will take about 5 days from despatch and the rest of the world from 7 – 14 days.

If you are in the UK and your order has not arrived within a week please e-mail us. If you are in Europe please leave two weeks before contacting us, and three weeks for the rest of the world.

Kulture Shock has a no quibble guarantee. If for ANY reason you change your mind simply return the goods to us and we will refund you. You can change your mind up to 14 days after DELIVERY. All we do require is that the goods are un-opened and in their original new condition. You have to pay the return postage costs.

When returning goods please contact us first and include your invoice in the parcel. This speeds up the refund process.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If we have sent the wrong items to you, or if anything is defective please e-mail us as soon as possible and we will offer a replacement or a full refund. In most cases we will require you to return the goods to us, and we will refund the return postage costs.

Most of the goods we sell are not toys and are packaged with ties and other protective measures by the manufacturers. Care should be taken in unpacking as we will not consider the goods as defective if you have damaged them by pulling them out of the packaging without the necessary care. Likewise as these are not toys, children can break them. This again is not a manufacturing defect.

Privacy Policy

Kulture Shock values your privacy and will not pass your details on to any third party. The only exceptions to this naturally being our payment gateway, who use your address details to validate your card payment, and the postage service who deliver your parcel.
Your privacy is paramount with Kulture Shock. Your name and address details are kept encrypted on our database and only authorised employees have access. We do not keep any card data. Indeed we do not even see any card data as all this is handled by our payment processor. Kulture Shock is fully PCI compliant.


Kulture Shock uses cookies to enhance your experience of our web sites. You can switch them off using your browser settings, but without cookies you will be unable to add anything to your basket, nor checkout. These cookies are thus essential to shop on our sites. They have been set to expire after 60 minutes and do not store any personal information about you or your interests. We do not pass on any information to any third parties with these cookies.
Kulture Shock may also use cookies to determine general visitor information. Typicaly this is number of unique visitors, average number of pages browsed, etc. This is done by storing cookies on your computer so you are not counted twice. Again you cannot be identified by this, and other than the company that collects and displays the overall results, this information is not passed to any third party.
Kulture Shock does not use cookies for any other purpose.

Kulture Shock Ltd Terms and Conditions.


In these terms the following definitions shall have the following meanings

‘Kulture Shock’ shall mean Kulture Shock Ltd. 38-40 Blyburgate BECCLES NR34 9TF

‘The Customer’ shall mean the party whose name and address appears in the system against the order.

‘Goods’ shall mean any item described for sale in the web site.


Title to any goods supplied to the customer by Kulture Shock shall remain the property of Kulture Shock until paid for in full.


Payment may be made during checkout using one of the payment options provided. Payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Kulture Shock will provide a receipt for all payments.


Whilst we make every effort to ensure that our website is correct, we will not be held liable for error and omissions. In particular, if we have made an error on price, we reserve the right to cancel your order and re-offer the goods to you at the correct price. Your placing an order does not constitute our accepting a contract.


Kulture Shock will endeavour to dispatch the goods within 2 working days of receipt of the order.  All goods will be dispatched in suitable packaging and send using Royal Mail (unless specifically requested otherwise). All goods will be dispatched to the delivery address on the order. If the goods are not in stock, or if there is any delay then the customer will be notified by e-mail using the e-mail address supplied by the customer on the order.

Kulture Shock lists some items on its web sites as pre-order items. These are items the manufacturer has not yet made, but intends to make. These pre-order items do not have a firm delivery date because manufacturers do not guarantee any date and thus we cannot likewise guarantee a date. We take pre-orders to allow a customer to reserve these goods, and will supply them as soon as they are available and supplied to us. We will not make any charge to the customer until we dispatch the goods. The customer may cancel the order without charge (see below under Distance selling regulations for more information).

It should be noted that some of these pre-orders may take longer than 30 days because the items are simply not available. If Kulture Shock is unable to obtain sufficient pre-ordered goods then the orders are processed in strict order of receipt. If the manufacturer should cancel production, then the customers will be informed as soon as this is confirmed and any money refunded. Kulture Shock does not accept any liability for failing to send out orders if the supply is restricted or cancelled.


Kulture Shock will charge the postage costs using the figure quoted at the checkout and stored on the order. No additional postage costs will be charged if we split the order UNLESS the order is for multiple pre-order items due of separate dates. In this circumstance Kulture Shock reserve the right to charge postage as if the orders were placed separately. The customer may cancel the order at no charge.


All goods sold are believed to be of merchantable quality. If, however, you should receive a faulty item the following procedures should be followed:

  • Please e-mail us within 21 days of the delivery, giving details of any problem, this is to speed up any refund process;
  • We will contact you and agree a resolution to the problem. This would be either a full refund including postage, a replacement item, or any other mutually agreed resolution. This does not affect your statutory rights. A full refund is always offered for faulty goods.
  • Where Kulture Shock requests the return of a faulty item, then Kulture Shock will refund any postage incurred.
  • In the case of DVDs or Videos returned as faulty, Kulture Shock reserves the right to refuse to accept them as faulty if they play back with no fault on our machines. To ensure that this does not happen we suggest that you try to play back the video or DVD on another player and if it is still faulty then the items are clearly faulty and we will give you a full refund, including postage costs.

Please do not send back faulty goods without contacting us first. It speeds up the process if we have prior knowledge of a problem. If you do send goods back to us without prior notification, please remember to include details of who you are, and what your complaint is.

The 21 days limit above is set because given the nature or the goods we sell, we cannot conceive of any fault or manufacturing defect that would not be immediately apparent, it is not there to limit your statutory rights to full refund.


Kulture Shock adheres to the distance selling regulations.

Specifically this means that you can cancel the order at any time before we dispatch the goods and will receive a FULL refund.

After receipt of the goods you again have a two week cooling off period in which you can cancel the order and get a full refund . You must however keep the goods in good order so that they remain in saleable condition. For Videos and DVDs this means that they should remain sealed and unplayed. For action figures they must also remain sealed in their blister pack. This reflects what you can do in a shop, Action Figures are unsaleable if they are removed from their blister pack as there is no way in which this can be done without tearing the pack.

If you cancel the order after receiving the goods, then we require that you send the goods back in good order at your cost. If you have any difficulty in getting to a post office then ask us and we can arrange collection. It should however be noted that this is usually more expensive than you posting an item. In either case you will receive a full refund , less the costs of recovering the goods if you do not post them back to us.


If you have any complaints regarding any part of our service, please address them to Alternatively you can write to us at the above address. All complaints are treated very seriously, as we want to provide as good a service as possible. On receipt of a complaint a senior company officer will respond within 2 working days, acknowledging receipt of the complaint and giving an indication what we will do to resolve the problem and where possible provide a timescale for this resolution.

We will aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days of receipt. If this is not possible then the customer will be kept informed of the progress until the complaint is resolved.

All complaints will be treated confidentially.
